Paint Maintenance Programmes

In today's marketplace, consumers expect a high level of image from the organisations they interact with. This can be difficult for management to ensure all sites are kept up to an acceptable standard especially with distance and timeframe issues and systems not setup to handle regular maintenance.

On the knowledge of this, our company has developed a solution to assist where we provide our clients with a simple system by which to upkeep their properties. Our system is designed to require as little client input as possible, reducing disruption to normal business operation whilst keeping them informed with the condition of all surfaces.

How does it work?

One of our team will have a discussion with you to discuss the priorities and values of the organisation. We will then conduct a thorough initial inspection of the property to assess its current condition. After that we will present you with a detailed maintenance plan showing our recommendations for the upkeep of your properties.

What is included?

  • Initial Maintenance plan
  • Full repaint of selected surfaces
  • Annual cleaning and sectional touch-up services
  • Detailed Property report and client consultation session
  • Spouting clean
  • Spider proofing
  • Window wash

What are the benefits to me?

  • No need to think about property maintenance
  • High level of image maintained at all times
  • Building issues are caught before they can cause permanent damage

What involvement do I need to have?

Our maintenance packages are designed around your preference. They are set up to run with as little client input as necessary. At the outset a guideline will be drafted about client contact including approvals, notifications and consultation etc.

How do I know its working?

We will sit down with you annually to review our findings and highlight any concerns we may have. Any maintenance items that fall outside of the programme will be identified and we will offer to manage these for you.
